Tilt can destroy hours of good play in just a few minutes. Learning to control emotions after bad beats or mistakes is one of the most important poker skills. Staying calm leads to better decisions.
What helps you recover after going on tilt?

I haven't open a poker lobby in over 2 months . Not because of tilt but because I feel like my game style got broken and I need a break , before I come back stronger , with a clean mind . Thats why a break it's always good.

I still come to CardsChat and check the latest discussions , because I want to be part of the community , and mantain my status !

winning a hand that I should have lost...big bluff gets through...then I can say, it all evens out.

Man, I confess that I don't deal well with tilt. For me, this has to do with my personality rather than the rationality that poker requires.
I'm not proud of it, but it's a fact for me...
