In my opinion, discipline is one of the most important skills in poker. Good strategy means little if you cannot control your emotions and stick to your decisions.
Reading the players on your table is probably the most important skill you could learn. By reading the players on your table it allows you to exploit people's tendencies which will give you an edge possibly up to NL100. Every type of player has an exploitable trait, just watch out for players that catch on to what you're doing.
When I was first learning how to read people and exploit different traits, I realised some players would end up catching on very quickly and change their play which would inevitably lose me money.

Discipline is one of the biggest differences between a good player and an inconsistent one.
You can study strategy, understand ranges, and make good decisions, but if emotions take over, all of that can disappear quickly.
Being able to stick to your plan, accept bad beats, and avoid chasing losses is what keeps you making profitable decisions over the long run.
ACCEPTANCE.
Accept financial situation & play with what you can afford to loose.
Accept that however skilled you are, only a few are lucky ones.
Accept... Accept... Accept...
