Do you prefer small c-bets or big bets on paired boards?
I’ve noticed that the field calls frequently when I use a 25%–33% sizing, whereas a 66%–78% c-bet generates more folds. I always rely on a lesson from my cash game team: the field overfolds. I tend to use the large c-bet size whether in or out of position.

If we are bluffing we want a larger size. I actually find that 40% works very well against 1 fish, but against 2 fish 60-70% works better.

25-33% is just too cheap. An overcard can easily call. A draw can easily call. Anyone who is curious can call. Remember that even certain players smart enough to know that this is often a bluff (or even players who are catching on to your high c-bet frequency) want to call you, they just can't if they have air and low equity ... unless you give them a lovely price like 30%. Once you get over 40% and certainly up to 70%, they can't really justify the call even if they KNOW that you're bluffing. ; )

You'd better have a good read on your opponents if you c bet 70% pot as a bluff often on paired boards .Also ,it wasn't really clear if this question refers to cash game play or just MTTs , and that matters as well .

Fish limp-calls 2.5x from MP and checks the flop. How good of a read do we need? I get it though. We don't do this against GOOD player with high very frequency, but then again GOOD player isn't limp-calling 2.5x from MP very often.

Well its just basic logic that a biger bet will generate more folds. If you want to delve deeper you need to try and work out how often that bigger sizing can be called and still make money on it.

If players would have folded to a smaller bet, then clearly that is better as a bluff. I actually find that plenty of players will fold to a smaller bet, especially in the micros. In the end, they are often calling or folding regardless of the betsize, as they are mostly concerned with their own cards.....the trick is to avoid those calling stations when C betting
