You have to be focused, if you take more than two tables you will lose the thread and that can get you into trouble on your bank roll. I only play at a table

Depends where you're at. If you're a losing player you should play one until you can win. If you're solid at a game and just trying to build a roll you could play more, as long as you still consistently win.
