Poker strategies

Do you guys strictly play using GTO or ICM concepts, stick to the poker school methods or by the Grace of God and luck🤣🤣🤣 as in handle the table the way it is or stick to plan, I try at times and maintain very good stats on my HUD but somewhere I do lose focus at times and find myself with a 55% VPIP

I mean, I don't think these are the only options

I think the generally accepted logic is that GTO should act as a baseline for all your decisions and then deviate from that baseline to exploit a players tendencies.
