I stopped feeling like I had to play every decent-looking hand. Folding more often felt boring at first, but it saved me a lot of chips. Has anyone else made one small adjustment that had a bigger impact than expected?

Absolutely. Mine was learning to stop paying off big river bets with just "curiosity." I used to think, "What if they're bluffing?" Now I fold more often when the story makes sense, and it's saved me way more chips than all the hero calls I ever made. Funny how the boring adjustments often end up being the most profitable.

It’s really cool when you realize a spot was a hero call—and then it stops being one. Keep studying; that’s the way to go.

Mine was deciding what I'd do on the next street before the bet goes in, picking which turn cards I'm done with while still on the flop. Fewer frozen moments mid-hand. Nameless14's river one rings true too, curiosity is expensive. Has the extra folding changed how people play back at you, or do they not notice?

For me, it was strictly respecting position—especially stop playing speculative hands like weak suited connectors or broadways from UTG.

Play 2 tables. If you are folding pre a lot (like you should) it is not difficult to play 2 or 3 tables. I played 5 9 seat SnGs this morning at the same time and cashed 3 of them (it was tough though, I did make some errors). But playing 2 or 3 tables, you shouldn't be bored waiting for playable hands.

Falla when you reach a bubble in a tournament it's very stressful to wait for a good hand and it's very difficult for that dream “AA” hand to come out and I almost always come up with a bubble crawl, I almost always fold my hands up interesting for fear of being eliminated, these are high-risk situations.

For me, it was learning to stop chasing marginal draws out of position. I used to convince myself I had the right odds when I really didn't. Once I became more disciplined with those spots, my red line improved and I found myself in a lot fewer tough river decisions. It's a pretty small adjustment on paper, but it made a noticeable difference over time.
