One of the easiest ways to improve your game is by identifying weaker players. Look for those who play too many hands or chase every draw. Once you spot them, adjust your strategy and play more aggressively against them.

I disagree on the part that you say the part where we improve our game, but surely this is the best way to beat the field more often.

It's always good to see if they repeat actions; a player who repeats a move tends to make mistakes.

important to remember that if you can't identify a weak player at the table, you are probably the weakest:LOL:

It’s a very important way to gain an edge against one or more weak players. They often play different hands in very similar ways, like showing preflop sizing tells, or betting the same amounts on the flop, turn, and river regardless of what they have.

By observing how they play, you can adapt and try to extract the maximum value possible. Even so, they can still win hands sometimes, even if they’re predictable.

They usually play a lot of hands, go all-in with big hands pre-flop, and usually fold immediately when you raise 3x.
