Something that doesn’t get talked about enough is how dangerous it is to chase losses during a session. You lose a big pot, then suddenly you’re playing faster, looser, and making decisions you normally wouldn’t make.
I’ve realized that the moment I start thinking “I need to win it back,” I’m already off my A-game. The best move in those spots is often to slow down—or even step away for a bit.
Poker is a long-term game. One bad session means nothing if you stay disciplined.
Do you guys set stop-loss limits, or do you just play through the swings?

You're right. What you call 'making decisions you normally wouldn’t make' is known as Tilt, and it's usually the reason why players lose the most. As long as you have a solid strategy and stick to it regardless of the variance, you can keep playing your game with confidence because in the long run, everything will work out.
