Accept that bad beats are part of the game

In poker, even if you play perfectly, you will still lose some hands. Understand that bad beats are part of variance and that, in the long run, good decisions pay off.

I usually replay the hand to see what the villain was thinking.

Did he shove on me preflop? Or on the flop? Or on the turn? And why?

Sometimes I can see that he thought he was protecting a hand or he was shoving on me with his draw that came in.

This process helps me forgive him after I see what he was thinking.

Good luck !

Failure to make the right decisions under the influence of emotions leads to huge losses.Often, long-term success depends on a player's ability to control himself after painful defeats. If the opponent played badly but won, there is a high chance of losing his composure. Often the loser seeks revenge and digs himself even deeper. The downswing can last for several days.If a complete loss of control is approaching, then you need to admit it to yourself honestly. Often, an adequate assessment is enough to leave the table and save the bankroll.

Boa sorte!
That's really good to learn. Thanks for the tip.
