When we think about tilt, we usually imagine someone going crazy—shoving every hand, bluffing nonstop, completely out of control.
But I’ve noticed that tilt can be much more subtle than that.
Playing slightly looser than usual, calling when you know you shouldn’t, forcing action instead of staying patient… it adds up.
That “small tilt” might not feel dramatic, but over time it can cost just as much as the obvious kind.
Have you noticed any subtle forms of tilt in your own game? How do you deal with them?
