I think taking a short break after a losing streak can be very helpful. It's important to remember that bad luck is part of poker, and even the right decisions can sometimes lead to a loss🤷

The best strategy for tilt is to address tilt triggers for you before they occur in game. Tilt is the occurrence when we switch from rational thought to emotional thought. Emotional thought is much more powerful in our minds than rational thought is. Therefore once you have tilted the effort to recover takes up too much effort for us to be productive directly after that.

that is exectl what is going on with me right now. For others may be a game of days . For me it last a week. Last week I was doing great this week is all mess, in every game .
