Good morning everyone. I started playing in 2018, and what I notice the most is that I often play outside the
bankroll loss limits that my bankroll can handle. For example, playing $10 Spin Golds without having a $100 or even a $1,000 bankroll. The correct approach is to have around 100 times the buy-in you are playing. For example, if you have $100, you should only play $1 tournaments at most. When you reach $200, you can move up to $2 tournaments, and so on.
But instead, with a $38 bankroll, I end up playing $10 Spin Golds. I’ve already lost 13 Spin Golds at the $8 level. It doesn’t make any sense at all.
I know I have the ability to grow my bankroll; I’m just waiting for my computer to come back from repair. I’ve been playing on my phone and I’ve been a bit impatient. I end up making bad decisions, like playing $10 Spin Golds. It doesn’t make any sense — it’s a serious mistake and I need to fix it urgently.
