Looking back at your poker journey, what's one skill or concept you wish you had learned much earlier?

For me, it could be bankroll management, understanding position, controlling tilt, or learning when to fold.

What would you choose, and how much difference did it make once you finally learned it?

If I could only choose one thing I would say that knowing when to stop playing, at the beginning I played too much even if I was very tired, it made me lose money, but in addition to that time

buying into big live tournaments where luck is such a factor .i never had any good results . i took many bad beats and made some poor decisions as well , of course . the blinds always seemed to be catching up to me ! i wish i had just stayed away .

I'd say learning about ranges. I played like for two years just by intuition, although I had certain concept of good and bad cards. I didn't know anything about position.
Once I learned that I began to see better and consistent results.
