Where should I start learning poker theory?

Hi everyone! I’ve been playing No-Limit Hold’em and know the rules, but I’d like to understand the theory behind my decisions instead of just playing by instinct.

What poker books would you recommend? And beyond books, how would you suggest studying—what topics should I learn first, and are there any videos or other resources you’ve found helpful?

I’d appreciate any advice on how to build a good foundation. Thanks!
