Best tournament for a beginner at live poker

I would start with a small buy in daily freezeout with a slower structure. You will get plenty of live experience without risking too much, and you will not feel pressured to rebuy several times. Avoid turbos at first because they quickly become shove fests and give you less time to get comfortable handling chips, following the action and reading the table.
 
thanks for the insight, I have played 3 games live and turbos are shove fest but the buy in are usually smaller
