Some of the best players I know are women and personally I find an understanding of the more complex workings of the game in women to be a very attractive quality...

That being said I do not think I could ever be in a relationship with a female poker player lol. I'm quite grateful my partner has no interest in the game but is happy to leave me to it

As poker is a male-dominated game, I believe that seeing women at the poker table is really refreshing and something that should be encouraged by more players. Vanessa Selbst is one of the best poker players in the world. It just goes to show that women can compete, rival and be up the there with the best males of the game. Although there has been an increase in the number of women who play poker, I still believe there is still a long way to go. I would certainly hope to see more women at the tables in the near future.

I saw an article made by a brazilian pro woman who coach only for girls, she said that around 10% of the tournament players are girls, but not 10% of ITM are girls, she says women can make more mistakes for uncertainty, its just what she wrote doesnt mean that apply for all girls, for sure is not about all, we have a lot of good woman playing a sick poker so many we can spend hours saying names, just look Kelly Minkin 29th place on wsop main event this year (the best brazilian poker pro man finished at 69th).
I personally love see women playing poker.

The beauty of online poker is that you never know if someone is a guy or another species.
Things are seldom the way they appear to be and nobody will ever know who the hell (can I say that?) I am until I am crowned CC player of the month and my interview will probably blow your minds.

Nothing wrong with it.It would be nice seeing more women at the table instead of A greasy ole car salesman eating food while handling chips.Never could figure that 1 out why people eat at the poker table with their fingers after handling chips that everyone else on the table has touched.

Anything that can be done by a man can be done by a woman. We see this a lot in poker but even more so out there in the work world. There is a lot of pro women I would love to sit across from. And yeah I may surely lose because I could not think.

I personally believe within a pretty short time we'll see females will be relatively more succesful at poker than males.
Why ?? well, just because while being outnumbered by the males playing if we look at absolute numbers, the percentage of females taking a real serious approach, compared to all the percentage of males taking a serious approach will be much higher.

Besides from that, and don't come with nonsense like male are smarter, female bluff less, female can't be as agressive as male....that's all BS, women have one advantage compared to a lot of male players.....their decisions are way less influenced by a high testosteron level, which I'm pretty sure , loads of male players suffer from.

I always try to look for two pair

It doesn't matter to me. I just enjoy talkative interesting people. When I played in the WSOP this year ( I think the little one for one drop) I had 5 women on my table at one point. That was the most by far i've ever had. It was a really good table. Friendly, talkative. Not much pressure. It was nice.

My view, there are people at the table. Don't distinguish between gender, country or anything for that matter. We are all poker players that play differently.

i find it so cool, i like to see girls at the tables so personally there should be no sex differences or judgements and stereotypes on that subject...
There are ladies on the head of this organization and they do their job perfectly

I find it very cool and attractive for women who play poker. We are in a world now where more ladies are doing the typical guy things like watching sports, playing video games etc.. So its refreshing when women come join the fun with us and we all can have a good time together without any drama!!

This. I have found myself personally being a bit prejudice and assuming that the women at the table have no idea what they are doing. Boy was I wrong.
