Here we have some different rules and we play with 3 cards instead of 2. Furthermore, we consider a sequence of 3 cards as a three-of-a-kind, for example, 456 is a three-of-a-kind, this three-of-a-kind beats a three-of-a-kind of 444, because we decide by the sum of the cards; the first three-of-a-kind has 15 points and the second has 12 points... and that's how the game works.

There are other rules that don't apply, for example: straights and flushes are not valid, meaning they are not considered valid hands under these rules.

If this is interesting, let me know, I can give you more information.

Maybe one day I'll be able to play online in this new format.

I hope that others will also play if the online mode exists.

It s tough...we have other card games here for example, that do not exist online, because almost every village has it`s "own" interpretation of the game..while the name of the game is the same everywhere..there are various different rules to it.

It could be simply referred to as a different variant, do you have a name for it?
And does 456 lose to 666?

That actually sounds really interesting. I've never heard of a version like that before. It's always fun to see how different regions develop their own poker variants. I'd definitely like to hear more about the rules, especially how the betting works and what the full hand rankings are.

The equities for that game sound absolutely shot similar but worse than the early days of short deck.

Connectors are probably the best hand you can have because of the likelihood of making a 3 card straight.
