What kind of dealer would you prefer?

At the poker table ,I just want one that keeps track of the action and doesn't expose or flip any cards when pitching them out .

I want a dealer that is knowledgeable, friendly, competent, and does not bring the attention to himself.

I prefer it to be slow but friendly; I can't stand disrespectful players, let alone a dealer like that.

I don't care if he's friendly or unfriendly, fast or slow, as long as the dealer gives me good cards that hold up at the showdown.
