In most cases, I watch football matches on TV and evaluate the performance of teams that I plan to bet on in the future. I often bet on football, as it is a source of additional income for me. This way, I combine business with pleasure :)

I try to keep it minimal. Sometimes light music or a podcast in the background, but nothing that steals focus. Poker decisions need full attention—once I start multitasking, my win rate definitely drops.

when playing cash games ,not doing anything else.
But playing tournaments , I always watch a documentary or listen to a podcast .

Watch sports or streams :) Sometimes only listening to radio or spotify. For me its hard to watch movies or series while playing, because I need to understand all the time what happens here and there.

I often watch YouTube. I often listen to my favorite political reviews, listen to the news, and sometimes listen to music if I'm in the mood.
