Do You Fidget While Playing?

It's hard not to sometimes, but I do lose a little focus when I start to fidget too much. I'm always better when I just stay still.

No I don't do any fidgeting while playing omline. I find that a nice cold beer helps to stay in front of the screen.

I have a stack of 10 chips that I shuffle and such on a couple of old mouse pads. Music is cool, too.

Online, I do some stretching, coffee, water and sometimes I play stand for a few minutes to keep ahead of the my game.

Very funny answers! I’d like to see firsthand what people do during the game! If I play on the computer, I simultaneously browse online stores. I can watch them for hours, make purchases. Conveniently in many hours of tournaments. If I play on the phone, I do everything Anything! Cooking dinner, talking with relatives, drinking tea, looking through magazines. Especially good magazines, distracting and enter the game only with good cards. Don't be nervous waiting.

Easy to get restless when sitting for many hours in front of the computer. I try as much as possible to focus on the table and player actions and not be distracted by other things, but no one can avoid it forever. I do fidget but mostly just moving my mouse around , rearranging windows, etc.

I don't know what it was, anxiety probably, Told the general practitioner (My Doctor) about it and was Prescribed anti-anxiety medication, now every thing is sweet...

Is like being stoned but without the Stoned and real Mental Clarity lol Honestly they're awesome...

Just Relaxed normal every day behavior, no disorientation either which I thought would be a side effect...

Propranolol Up to 40mg daily...

I play with my ponytail way too often. I'm also using a e-cig and drinking a lot of water. Very tough to sit down for many hours.
