I usually prefer my laptop for multi-tabling...but since my low-end setup lags sometimes - I've been thinking about split multitasking. Like using my laptop for two Apps and opening the third one on my phone so my computer doesn't freeze up!

Do you guys prefer a computer, a phone, or do you multitask and use both at the same time to save your system's memory?...

If I'm at home, I'll obviously prefer to play on my computer. But if I'm somewhere outside the house, like on vacation, and I only have my phone, then I'll play on my phone.

I prefer playing on my laptop so I can have multiple windows open at the same time.

I've always played poker on my laptop. Since I play on several poker rooms and have many tables open at the same time, playing on my phone just isn't practical for me.

If I had to choose, I would prefer the laptop, but I have the same problem as you; I avoid playing on my mobile phone, but when necessary, I simply split poker games.

for short sessions of cash game i use phone but a computer is better for deep run mtts where you need to focus

I use my phone for 1 site and computer for 2 others, multi-table to the max!

Both for me, mostly play the free stuff on my phone, for everything else much prefer the Laptop/PC

Normally I like to play from my laptop but I switch to mobile App only when internet problems or electricity off

Lately, I’ve been enjoying playing on my phone the most—either two MTT tables or cash games. If I make a deep run in a tournament, I switch to my PC to better focus.

I prefer playing on my laptop with a larger screen when I’m at home. It’s much more comfortable and easier to keep track of everything.....

When I’m out, I usually switch to my phone because it’s more convenient and portable....

I use my computer. Usually doing other things at the same time like playing on Chess.com.

Laptop, especially if you're multitabling, that way there is no need for toilet breaks. 😱

👍

Currently I play only on mobile, there were times when only played at computer/laptop because there wasn't apps for mobile 😅

Good morning, everyone! I started playing poker back in 2018. At the time, I used a very basic laptop with a Core i3-4005U processor and a 14-inch screen. I ended up winning a ticket through a giveaway on a professional player's live stream, which allowed me to play a $50 MTT. I made a deep run and cashed for $800! With that money, I bought a 27-inch monitor. Playing poker on a larger screen is a game-changer because it allows you to multi-table several MTTs at the same time.
Later on, I got a Core i5 PC. That’s when I noticed a massive difference; even though it was a low-end PC, it was powerful enough to run 9 tables simultaneously. Poker is a game where volume is key. You simply cannot get enough volume playing on a laptop or a phone, meaning you will inevitably earn a lot less. There was a period when I had to play on my phone, and it was a terrible experience; I would lose my patience and shove all-in right at the beginning of freerolls since I could only play one table at a time. My advice to anyone looking to make a living from poker is: investing in a proper setup is absolutely essential

And I prefer it on the computer
