How do you stay focused during long online sessions?

I try to avoid excessive background noise that can overwhelm me more quickly, and I focus on staying hydrated, resting before the game, and taking a five-minute break to walk, go to the bathroom, or just relax away from screens.

During long poker sessions, you need to take 15- to 30-minute breaks to relax a bit before returning to continue your sessions.

Look, I really feel that the best modality for me, since I don't have that much time to play, would be cash or spin, but I really love tournaments and I'm one of the people I play with while I work, which is the worst thing you can do because they take a lot of concentration out of you, sometimes I lose a lot of hands and I get lost hands, but ironically, I have achieved most of the final tables playing at work when I open night sessions in my house I end up busting or reaching the collection area and I usually end up sleeping

Long sessions can be mentally exhausting. What helps you stay focused and avoid mistakes? Do you take regular breaks, listen to music, or have a specific routine?
That's my biggest problem I make a lot of deep run but I I get tired towards the end and end up making bad decisions

You have to sleep well, you have to prepare, you have to be mentalized and, above all, you have to have fun.
