Hmm i don't know, I wouldn't do it, unless it is for freerolls or I have a very low roll and I don't care about it.
I know the risk is low, maybe you can set up a vpn thru a computer at home with the appropriate security and play that way.

the wifi is not safe, recently the theft of data was discovered through wifi, which would be feasible to use it in public networks for that purpose.

Avoid Public WiFi

Whenever you use public wifi to access an account such as PokerStars, or your bank, it is possible that some villain is scanning/caching all the traffic on that wifi network.

If you only use your poker site login for play money, and use a different password from your other sensitive logins, then theft of your login access is not as serious. Of course, any info about you that is stored in your profile on that site is compromised.

In summary, NO - DO NOT USE PUBLIC wifi for any account logins.

If it is a serious provider, like a cafe, or a hot spot, it is good to play

Try to delete some useless Apps, maybe it will help you.

I think that there will be no problems for the account !!! this is more dangerous for the device from which you connect online!

Everything depends on who is providing the wifi, if it is in a known environment I do not think any problem

If you have a strong secure password in the poker rooms and a great licensed antivirus software on any of your device, then no problems will arise because of games and communicating over Wi-Fi.

I sometimes play through public wi-fi, and I do not have any problems with that, but it's better not to risk and you did not have problems, you need to play through a good Internet with a password and well protected your data!

you could also use a VPN (virtual private network) like HMA, there are many to choose from, then snoopers would only see your connection to the VPN and not the pages you are browsing

There is a danger of interception of traffic, but it is minimal if you use a secure method of connection and use a special extension!

Well... Probably it's safe in a restaurant or something like it.
But I sincerely don't trust in the safety of a Airport' wi-fi.

It's good to be careful, not everyone is safe.

I would not recommend on playing on public WiFi. But even ah home a strong password and good up to date anti-virus is advised. The internet is full of spyware. But most important kids, don’t watch too much porn on your devices! [emoji12]
