Well I try to play mostly tourneys that blinds are about 6 min each round as this tends to keep my interest easier and keep me from playing blackjack in between action.

When I play only one tournament in the initial phase of the game, I browse facebook or read poker articles.

If i'm playing poker I have no time for anything else. 4 tables of zoom needs to be concentrated every second. If you get bored you playing not enough tables. But there is another relaxing playing for fun, it's makes sense too of cause.

I watch TV shows and movies, sometimes I listen to music. But I do not watch TV, because there is no time. I love to listen to him.

I play online poker at a lot of tables at once, here you will not get bored.

I have dual monitors so I enjoy watching poker streams on twitch while I play or watching sporting events that I have recorded. They are perfect for keeping me entertained during boring stretches but allowing me to focus on my play when I need to.

I try to get bored, so I have enough time to ponder and write notes.
While visual content takes too much effort to follow, podcast might fit in, listening music is great.

This at times can be a problem for me. I definitely try to remain focused. I will listen to some podcasts and also spend time surfing through some current events.

I know if I want to bring my best game, I have to focus. I am not a person who can really do more than 1 thing at a time. I can play multiple tables , but as soon as I throw in something off topic, I seem to lose concentration.

I will usually enjoy a nice bourbon or scotch, and sometimes will listen to music with headphones.

That's about it.

I think the best thing to do is focus on how other people play, or open up another table in the tournament to watch chip leaders and how they play. Other than that, watch tv.
