What was your biggest improvement in online poker?

Studying certainly makes you improve, watch hands online, analyze your own plays, try to find where you went wrong and not just blame a bad that you took, a river card that made you fall, try to analyze the tournament as a whole, hands that you could have extracted more chips from the villain, a fold that you should have given but wanted to let go of your hand even knowing that you could be losing, once you paid to see if you hit your card on the turn or the river, doing these analyses makes you evolve more and more

losing big pots at rush and cash sessions full house vs quads, very normal, need to play it more small ball and cash out early when have bog stack , changed my vieuw to poker .
 
I actually managed to achieve some significant results back in 2008–2010, when I had plenty of time to play alongside my college studies. My game was really coming together back then, and I was improving by consciously working on it. Unfortunately, since then, my job has made it impossible to devote the same amount of time to it.
