How would you do that? GG already has vocal chat and no one's really using it.
I really don't think this really matter.. you want to table talk, there is live poker for that

I don't even use regular online chats that often, let alone listen to people chatting in real time.

I don’t think it would be a good idea, because there are players from all over the world at the tables. With so many different languages, communication could become messy and even lead to unnecessary confusion or arguments.

No, because a lot of people would probably just use it to annoy others or constantly ask what they had after every hand. So I don’t think it would really add much value.

I don't think that would be good; it would distract a lot of people, and unnecessary conversations would also be a major distraction.

I think it might good to have some sort of video participation/real-time verification, to help show each other that they are playing vs. other people and not BOTS. Maybe some random interference by support from the site. Pokerstars had a feature like this a long time ago. If you were playing a bunch of tables at the same time you'd be asked to respond in the chat box. Much different from 'voice chat' that you're referring to but maybe a way to make it seem 'more real' for some players who have a tendancy to believe it's all rigged against them.

NO. Look at how majority of the human race act and behave on social media.....now imagine having to listen to that mindless and brainless trash while you try to play poker. If one wants that just go to your local casino and play. One of the best things about online poker is you don't have to listen to or put up much of peoples bs and trash behavior. You can turn just everything off and play poker.

I will say I do miss the old days when one use to be able to find decent and good discussions while playing poker online.

Well I think it depends on who you're playing with.... fun, open minded people with a sense of humor sure,

cranky pants with no sense of humor... well probably not but might be entertaining in another way if nothing else,

would be a good way to verify who is actually who.... hmmmm, guess you could just turn it off if it's a boring table👍

No that would be terrible. Just imagine multitabling and having to listen to people talk simultaneously of different tables. Sound effects from emojis etc. are annoying enough already and cause me to put the volume knot to almost zero

Yeah that is a horrible idea to be honest. Unless you have the option to mute the talking it would drive me away from the site. While it might be fun on a CC game i hope they never incorporate that.
