Horrible customer service from Bovada

I am so sick and tired of Bovada! I've had multiple issues with them! Not receiving friends bonuses when they did the $100 dollar referral fee was one and now my withdrawal. This withdrawal was performed on October 10, 2015. I received and email to verify my cards with pictures attached. I did as was asked. Then the next day received an email saying they didn't get the pictures. I checked my sent message and every picture was attached but without argument (because I want my money) I sent them the pictures. Waiting and waiting I've received no further instructions. Email sent telling them that I don't appreciate how they are treating me and it's funny how fast they will take my deposits but find as many ways as possible to get around paying me if I win. This site is a scam and a joke. Big article out about how their software is rigged also. Customer service never wants to help because it's not helping the site. Why I ever trusted this beats me but it will never happen again. Any suggestions on how to get them to pay me what they owe me? Also here's the link to the article describing how they glitch their software which I highly recommend reading before every playing on their again. It's https://medium.com/@dataminepoker/report-bovada-lv-2015-online-poker-in-danger-adf904952c41

Thanks for hearing me vent and any advice is appreciated

^ Your post count is a little suspicious.

I've seen that report...Lots of claims, but no evidence provided.

Cash out withdrawal from Bovada

I recently hit a 12 team Parlay on Bovada. I requested a withdrawal of 2500 back on my card which they told me I can do. It was approved 10/19/2015. I also requested a check withdrawal of 3000.It was approved 10/22/2015. I am a US Player. I have not received any money back on my card or a check by mail. My first withdrawal has been over 1 to 7 business days. Anyone else having trouble?

Never had a problem with them. I used to get checks. They should email u with a tracking number. I'd call them and check on it for sure. Their visa fast funds option rocks though so try that next time if it's available to you. Good luck

I'll let you know either way. I hit a couple of parlays and made a fast fund withdrawal request today. I'll update when something happens.

Should the email with tracking info come when approved or during that 5-10day window after approved?

When I withdrew I had no problems but that was about 2 years ago.

Wouldn't let me respond to you through pm.

Probably wouldn't matter but that bank isn't local to me so it'd be a little inconvenient.

Do you know of any others? Thanks and good luck also.

That's the only one I've used with fast funds. I've deposited checks at several different ones but not fast funds sorry.

I do pretty regular chashouts from them, but all via a check. I've had 2 bounced checks in 3 years, but both of those were over 1.5 years ago now.

I usually deposit the check via ATM and then withdraw the funds after the check clears. It may be somewhat of a hassle waiting, but I think the source of the check gets a little less scrutiny when depositing via ATM

I stopped using checks because my banks all wanted to charge me for sending it to collections. The collections process would take about 2 weeks. Fast funds is much easier for sure if it's available. I've only had one bounce but that was over two years ago and they replaced it prompty and covered the fee from my bank as well.

Bovada check ETA

My payout was processed on the 17th. Friday will be ten business days since it was processed and I did not receive an email from fedex this morning. So it seems it will take longer than ten business days. Is anyone else having problems withdrawing from bovada via check by courier?

Check arrived 5/2/16. Deposited check into account 5/2 the bank is waiting for it to clear. The check I received had to be deposited into an account before I could receive funds from it. Meaning I could not cash it I had to deposit it first. Has anyone received a check like this from bovada? And did the check clear?

How will that work, bitcoins

I have high hopes that Bitcoin will allow the "Big 3" (as I like to call them) - that is....sites that still allow Amercican Based players, to be able to get cashouts processed very quickly.

I have used Bitcoins. I have seen them transferred in literally.....SECONDS.

My feeling is, that off shore sites in the past have been able to make B.S. Excuse after B.S. Excuse and "blame" it on processors and/or the banking system (which was easy for players to believe), when the fact was they were not segregating player funds from operational expenses......or perhaps they just wanted to persuade players not to cash out........(I don't know what they do)

At least with Bitcoin, you know right away.

If a Bitcoin Cashout takes more than a few minutes....raise an eyebrow. If it takes more than an hour or so......be nervous. If it takes more than a day......be AFRAID. Be VERY......AFRAID.

If you are unfamiliar with Bitcoin.....it's a digital currency. You get an exchange on line. Link it to your Bank Account. Send $USD to your Exchange, and buy BTC. Then, (for safety sake), move the BTC to an on line Wallet. Then from Wallet to poker site. When ready to cash out, move it from Poker Site to Wallet, and Wallet to Exchange, Exhange your BTC for $USD and send $USD to your Bank Account.

"Moving" your BTC is just copy/pasting a code from one wallet to another. Literally takes seconds to minutes.

In addition, a new concept is arriving as we speak, called a BTC Debit Card that can be used anywhere Visa can be used, including for ATM withdrawals. This may streamline the process even more.

I have spent more time typing this than it would take to move $400 in BTC from one (legitimate) site to another :)
