I personally know my state senator, and a house of representatives member, one of which is quite crooked, the other quite the opposite and i have spoke to both numerous times. It doesn't look like Kentucky will ever address the online poker issue because they just aren't interested in the whole deal. But Kentucky is wanting to keep the horse industry alive, and it seems the politics here are geared toward that end. Now, if i was the 11th richest man in the world, you can bet things would be different in Kentucky, without a shadow of a doubt. The most irksome thing to me is, Kentucky has NO law against us playing online poker, but we are excluded from 95% of all gambling sites. I'm sure it has something to do with the failed attempt by Kentucky to seize 141 domains awhile back.
