Hopefully the individual states will now take up the cause and push legislation through in any given state. States that already have casinos should be no problem. I believe that most of the aforementioned states allow online poker. I know my state has passed online poker and sportsbetting in the past few years so anything is possible. Lol. BTW I live in Indiana.

It's about time been waiting in this for a long time tired of playing on the same sites and all the bad rooms will go out of business they will stop ripping us off and we can choose the best site thank God bye to all the harbor sites hàaaaa

I hope it is not left up to the states. In South Carolina it would be hard to get passed.

I do not live in the United States but I think it was a very extreme measure towards online poker players in that country, Poker is a very complete and fun betting game with which many people spend their time, for the pleasure of winning real money playing online, online gambling should not be prohibited in any country in the world.

I thank the Appellate Court for their paving the way for online poker to come back. With Draft Kings and all the other stuff, it is not right to not allow online poker to be offered. I am extremely happy to hear they made a bold move.
