888 Connection Issues

today i open the software and it's working good but all registration to tournamnets has been denied. only some few cash tables are able to play.

Linux has far more tools to assess what is going on (Server ID, locale ping response time... etc...) but I have no intention of using Linux for gaming....other than Steam🙂

Could some people look into their machines and see what, if anything, is not working or at least identify the servers that are establishing contact? Above all, don't state anything compromising. This is a perfect time for hackers to obtain access to accounts with everyone attempting multiple log ins.

It has nothing to do with what PC you have. At the moment every tourney is cancelled or has zero entries, the issue is on 888's side. Belly acher.
 
fair play to 888 they credited my account 6dollars more than buy in hope they are ok and they can fix their problems as lot players really like that site as it is one of the best.:top:
 
I understand that the problem is on the server side and with another operating system on a different (accelerated hardware) system and by using some decent network tools you can pretty much map out 888's entire server side presence. From that point you can then seek out a connection rather than doing it randomly. I just find it more practical to address an issue and come to a consensus on how to deal with it for everyone's benefit rather than bemoaning the problems encountered.


I played on other sites rather than wasting my time.
 
Got disconnected while trapping a fish in 10NL when i flopped quad 6's with a pocket pair. Is it worth complaining or will they not care? Still cant get on...

I'm brand new to this poker site. At the time I've made my registration everything was alright .Yesterday I've been disconnected , since then I'm not able to connect. That's annoying.When this things will end. What the support says ?
 
Again stopped work ! This morning was still working . However, this is starting to get annoying .
 
I have the same issues as all of you , instant play doesn't work as well but I can access the lobby and some tournaments are running with participants from EU/non EU. How is that possible?
 
Been dropped in the middle of two tournaments i was trying to play in .. been very frustrating

I am german, excuse my bad english. I am really nerved about 888poker in moment. Ok it isnt big money, but i am in there with bankroll 66,79 $ and it is impossible to engage the lobby. Allways conection errors. But my internet is ok anywhere elsewhere. Next i will loss 4 tickets. Damm it .... i am nerved.😡
 
It is quite annoying when I'm playing some tournamernt for an hour, 888 poker crashes then I can't log in annymore.😡
 
I am not even try to open.Shame.I am liked to play Cardschat event on sunday and have one ticket for i phone tournament,but ok!
 
I was able to register into the Barcelona free roll with the instant client on Win 10 but attempts to register into tourneys with thin fields and a large guaranteed prize pool fail with an "error encountered" message. If I could register for some of these games and if I was unable to play then perhaps I could squeak into a prize just by sitting out.

I guess you gotta be lucky even to register for these games and not just lucky during them!
 
I wanted to make a deposit in 888, but in light of the latest problems. the desire to send money to them was lost.
 
6th day in a row. Maybe they are trying to break a record for bad connections.
 
888 internet connection error

Today I am having troubles getting into 888 poker, I have had this problem before but after a few mins or restarts it will work.
I'm signed into Pokerstars and that is working fine, when I try to log into 888 it says I have a connection problem.

It is really 😱 to see, that a " big" site like 888 takes longer to defend against DDoS than ACR.
Hope they will be back and working fine soon.

888, we miss you!!!

The sites should work together to find out, who sends these Attacks and send them to jail forever.
 
i loset a few tickets there , they expired 🙁 I rly hope they get things sorted out , i havent played for that long on the site but was my new fav place to play poker.

The problem wasn’t in poker software,it was an attack, all users couldn’t connect to their accounts .I use windows 10

Anyway, This is just what I think, in reality I don't actually have any idea what is going on. They won't say anything. They just tweeted out about their server disturbance and apologised nothing more from them officially come yet.

Yes everyone who was in the problem receive an email saying « sorry » , but that s not enough, it d a big company, such things shouldn’t happen. ( but at least u won t lose ur money , if u lost something during the attacks contact them , they ll refund

thank you for the answer, very good , the only good thing is that if someone use the money during the attacks , all they have to is to contact support to get refunds

Bad thing . I think things are back to normal now and I guess that they did suffer from the attack’s
