I think I'm right in saying 888 removed SNGs back in 2023 without notice, you can still play SNG at other sites including party poker and pokerstars.
The industry does seem to be drifting away from this format into hyper style and mystery bonus formats, probably not for the "right" reasons from a player's perspective but poker sites are there to make money for their operators and they will do what they deem to be the most profitable for them.

They removed these around 2 years ago along with reducing guaranteed prizes in MTTs , it was very hard to get 9 players at a table so you'd be waiting for a table to fill up for a long time, the place is a sinking ship and with all the great poker sites available your options are varied. Lots of places still do sit and go and have huge guarantees for MTTs.

That's not true. I regularly played SNGs on 888, like many other regulars. Five tables would quickly fill up in half an hour at ABI 3-5. You could jump in and play at any time, but now the tournament schedule is quite limited.
