ACR Rewards - Elite or Rakeback?

Can someone explain in simplest terms which rewards/loyalty program at ACR is better?
I'm casual player, play 3-10 hours a week

The more you play the better the Elite is than rakeback. So if you are not grinding a lot of cash hands -thousands - you will get more from rakeback.

Several tournament players also have stated on twitch that rakeback is better for them -having done both they stated they had a better return with rakeback
