Is ACR down? I was playing in a $10 On Demand Freeroll, the game being almost 10 minutes in when everything just stopped. The client cannot reconnect and their website appears to be down as well. It's NOT anything on my end because all other websites & Apps I have are working normally.

We are sorry about the ISP issues we suffered last night, all running and late reg tournaments were canceled and refunded.

Please be so kind and provide me the Tournament ID, Hand ID or table ID so I can check it with the department in charge.

The CC freeroll Tourney number from 1-24-17 is 6821627.

We got some sort of chop for it, but we could really use a complete pay-out list for our Leaderboard.

There were about 22 players left, with the structure calling for 18 spots paid.

Due to the tourney was canceled, the price pool was distributed as per our cancellation rules. (you can click the blue letters to check our tournament rules)

I notified an ACR online rep last week about this listd tournament: lapokernostra Freebuy.

Screen shot attached.

The link listed with the tournament information goes to a bogus affiliate marketing website - lapokernostra.net instead of a legit site. The rep appreciated that I had notified ACR and I presume that appropriate action to edit/correct the link would be taken but as far as I can tell nothing has happened.

I'm hopeful the Cardschat ACR rep will help get this fixed as the bad link leaves an unfavorable impression.

Any one else notice bad links in ACR?

I posted a week ago that the lapokernostra Free Buy tournament of ACR has a bad URL. TheACR rep responded that the tournament organization had been notified.

Best as I can tell the, link has not been updated.

It appears that the domain name has expired, though a google search will report that link has been hijacked.

In either case, having the link persist on ACr devalues the other tournaments.

I suggest that ACR suspend that tournament and remove the tournament as a free-roll listing until the tournament organization updates the link, and ACR verifies the updated link, in order for ACR members to acquire the free-roll password for this tournament.

Thank you for the report edcwy, this affiliate link is correct however it seems that they are not aware about the issues with their website. We sent them an email so they can check what the problem is. Hopefully they fix it asap

Hello, Following up on this. The domain in question - lapokernostra.net - has expired. If you tried to contact these guys with an email address such as [email protected] your message probably failed to reach the organizer. I'm hopeful you have an alternative contact method.

In any case, having this tournament listed with expired information on ACR, in my opinion, devalues the other ACR games. It makes me question ACR's oversight, especially after I had the chat with the online customer service agent.

There was a peculiar issue with that tourney. Under normal circumstances, the payout was 18 spots. When this tourney ended, there were 24 remaining. Whatever method was used, those 24 made money. Not griping about that really, but I think it should have only been the top 18 spots that got paid.

This tournament was canceled and awarded by chip count, as per our tournament cancellation rules. Which in this case granted a share to each remaining player proportional to their chip stack.

Please feel free to check the rule by clicking here. (Rule #2 Tournament Cancellation Rules)

for whatever reason, i have had numerous problems this evening. I thought, i want to jump in the 10K game and nope, and I thought i'd like to play the 7500 and nope can't go. I shut it down rebooted and open it back up. I was trying to make a player to player transfer and again, nope.

Then I thought well, I would like to play a Jackpot for i started to not feel it to play a long touney. I would just shoot some jackpots and again, nope can't do that either.

Is others having issues?

Site is rigged and they don't care, that is why it constantly crashes, ain't making money if they are maintaining a reliable server.

Is there an update on the mobile App? It's been exactly 12 months since ACR announced that they were going to launch it.

Why is there still no mobile app? Legit a year ago they said it'd be out soon, no offense but ACR is losing out on a huge chunk of business when ppl can't play on their phones and on the go. I would have deposited half a dozen times already if there was an app

@ ACR Rep Do you have any information on when the $0.69 games will run? Is this promo over when the $1M is hit?

Withdrawal Issues

So, I was mislead thinking the check would be quick/cheap/easy. Well, it was easy. But after waiting 10 days to get the check, the bank said it'll take 4-6 weeks to process. Not cool.

There are two options that I've considered for my next withdrawal: Debit card and Bitcoin.

Does anyone have any advice from experience on these two?

ACR rep?

Thanks.
