Swap your Combat Points for cash!

You earn $1 for every 100 Combat Points you exchange, with no maximum.

How can we find our Combat points. I have never used them for anything, and not sure I have any. But I've been primarily playing at WPN for many years now and must have some?

Nothing on the Cashier page leads me to anything that looks like that page.

Hi! Please be so kind and click on Rewards > click on the Store tab. You will see the total amount of combat points that you have!

If you are on the Rakeback program you will not be able to see that option. Only applies for the Elite program. If you want to be on the Elite program please be so kind and contact our CS department by clicking here.

Thanks, found that I do have some. Not worth cashing them in unless WPN is ending the Combat points thing....

Hey guys, I am asking this for a friend. Do you have to download the software to be able to play, or place bets on sports games? Also, do you accept players from New York?

Just an update with regard to my post here earlier. In case anyone else was wondering about jackpot games disconnecting or appearing to freeze.

It appears my issue with the Jackpots section of ACR is due to an old I7 Processor I am using. My system from 2010 albeit a decent one for its time I7 Proc 920 with 8gb of ram. But antiquated compared to todays technology.

The bottle neck appears to be its ability to run multiple processes at the same time. So running 1 ACR tourney or MTT + jackpot game, Plus a private chat room, plus streaming a radio show the game disconnects looking like a crash, would probably not be an issue with a newer processor. I was able to play without incident if I did nothing else on the computer.

Played about 100 games in various scenarios and spoke with ACR support to come to above conclusion

ACR Rep,
I tried searching but could not find anything, so...

I made my first deposit to ACR, everything went through fine. But I received my CC statement and I was overcharged, or charged a fee of $13.24. (The deposited amount into my account was $13.24 less, which was the correct amount.) Why?
I called ACR to confirm the charge on the statement was theirs, and ACR said yes, and that sometimes the deposit amount is changed due to the service they use to charge the card.
It's not a large amount of money, but I think it would be nice for the customer to know that they will be charged a "fee"?
The ACR person I talked to said I could take a picture of the statement and send it to them to get the difference added to my account, but seems more of a hassle than its worth.
I'm glad I called ACR first before filling a fraud complaint since it was legit charge, just not the amount I was looking for.
Thanks for any information.

As far as I know, ACR does not charge any credit card deposit fees. It's likely an international transaction fee on the part of your credit card since the deposits are done via off shore accounts.

Is there some way for me to check how many Jackpot tournament that I have played?

I went to "My Account" -> "Details" -> "Tournaments" -> Range Picker: "Current Month" and none of the Jackpot tournaments I played showed up.

Hi! If you want to check the Jackpots you had played, please go to Jackpots, then click on hand histories, select the range and then click on Download file.
