The first Live Cage event was just held this past weekend in San Jose, Costa Rica. Member: Stanley Lee came in first place in the time-based cash game in tournament format, waking away with $19,875 for his efforts.

Kind of confused. The $8,000.00 packages include 3 days room & board w/spending cash and the $5,250.00 buyin.

A $5,250.00 buyin produced a top prize of $19,875.00? You are giving away millions with a $265.00 price tag online. Guess it is like 5 folks sitting down with 5 G's each in a cash game and only one wins. I checked out the report and 21 players showed up.Guess that makes for a nice 3 day trip for the winners and packages.

I'm sorry to ask...what would be the confusing part?

Yes, sure I can provide feedback from my experience on the ACR site. Thank you for asking. I do wish to make all of the on-line poker sites the best for players. Please take these comments in a positive way.

I have played a lot of sites before ACR. I suspect your software is a version of one I played before. Your site is OK, but you could improve it. The chat section needs help. Maybe I don't know how to increase the size of the letters, but we can barely read them at size 6,7 or 8 .
You could increase them to at least 10-or 12 - just a suggestion. Also When we try to make comments- the chat is cut off during play. That is OK but not a pretty to cut off chat. You can try it and see. That is the Chat issue - TY.


Another issue is exiting your site. I need to do force QUIT from my computer when I wish to exit your site. I can't just click on the normal exit modes. I have an APPLE PC, so maybe that is the problem - but I think not.


If you can help with these two issues, then you site will be better for SIPPY and maybe other players.

We do not have that option available, however, our Development team is working on it to improve this type of things.

This could be a glitch on Mac because our Windows version does not have that glitch. By any chance did you try to open the chat box apart from the table, with the Window option.

This is the first time I hear that, let me see if I understand. When you click the X button on the main lobby, it does not give you the Exit Americas Cardroom Window?

You have time until 11:00pm ET, hurry up to use it because after that hour it will expire. Go to Casino > Click on tournaments and then click on "Play" (16K FIELD OF 64).

I missed it, but not a big deal. For some reason when I click on Casino it just opens Firefox and says it's connecting me to casino, but it never actually gets to the casino. I was thinking if I won anything it might take away from my rakeback and/or current bonus, so maybe it's a blessing in disguise that I couldn't get the casino open. :dontknow:

Yes but that is not a real issue - so don't try and fix it. Your site is OK the way it is - we play around the issues.

I do like your $ 10 free rolls on demand - the payout should be increased to 20% of the players - that is normal for most sites. Actually most sites don't matter - 20% pay would be good for ACR site. Then more great players get to win $$$$ so they can play real $$$$ games.I can't deposit because it is against the law here. So, if I win any free rolls it is still your $$$. Oh well not a big deal, I like poker rather than the casino, but it would have been nice to play the free blackjack I guess.
