I totally understand you guys. Our techs are doing everything they can to stop this situation. Soon, I hope I can give a green light. Really I understand you guys, I know how you feel guys but I also know that our Techs are working very hard on to solve this important situation.

I just tried again and main screen comes up but windows are all blank. "Configuring..." is in the upper left corner. Nothing happens. There is not IO activity at all. I close it, it asks if I really want to and then closes when I click yes.

BOL/SPB network is still down as well.

DDos attacks are hard to defend against and recover from. Anyone interested should do a search for "DDos attack" and educate themselves. A lot of silly comments and questions all based on ignorance can be avoided by research and education. Think about it next time and ask a search engine.

I was getting an 'OLD VERSION' error, and it wouldn't update by itself. Had to uninstall then re-install the ACR version. Have your PW handy.

I know I said it in my post by I want to repeat that I think the ACR Rep is doing a fine job keeping us informed and helping out.

This goes above IT guys as well. Whoever is making the money off this site needs to fix this stuff. Not just put a bandaid on it, really fix it if they want to be a respectable poker room in the market.

I will never deposit on the site until its fixed. I just hope the money I am building up isn't for not but I knew that risk when I started.

BTW, I just finished a tournament on BOL about a half hours ago. Won $10. Got into the tournament and played over 3 hours, no problems.

You are looking at the number of buy-ins and re-entries. ACR does not update that "Prize Pool" number on the lobby screen but if you actually add all the payouts starting with first and ending with the last place payout you will see that it adds up to the guarantee. ACR should fix that part of the software so it updates and post the guarantee number in the lobby so people are not confused and think they are paying only the entries and re-entries as the "Prize Pool" when they are really paying the guarantee. That "prize Pool" number should automatically show the guarantee/total of all payouts but it does not update, but the guarantee does update in the actual payouts, so until they fix that just add all the payouts and you will see they are paying the guarantee.

Because they are guaranteeing the prize pool. If there's less players they make up the difference which is better for you. This is called overlay and betters you chances of winning.

But if that’s correct then it confused me when it showed one pot being $7,900 in a 10,000 guarantee and the next day it showed the same tournament pot being more than the guarantee? It showed over $12,000 that day. That’s what confused me. Sorry

If I sit out for a few hands in a tournament and then click "deal me in" even if I have cards in front of me It is not letting me play that hand.

Is this common or is it maybe a slow processing time on my end?

the whole betting setup is upside down too close to the bottom and everything all cramed together ... maybe just copy pokerstars.. or buy a copy of their server


even finding games is made confusing maybe different color word for game types and the ablity to sort the window in a useful way I spend more time scrolling around looking for the late reg you want those to come to the top not in the middle to matter what way you sort it


and that stupid thing next to our avatar that makes a popup box .. yeah that can go


and how about the ablity to Customize my own bet buttons and not be stuck with standardized values maybe I haven't found that yet I'm sure nobody forgot to add that feature ill just keep looking


and lets let the players put pictures memes or what ever for avitars I don't want to be Kim jun ung today dono what yall were smoking with that Idea let players Customize that's the right way to do it ...

Any chance on the FILTERS for MTTs. the buyin goes $1 $2 $5 (is there any chance to get a $3 and/or $4 option or take the rake price out of the buyin filter). this would help me be lazier when setting up my low rollin schedule but it would help me a little more BRM disciplined if I could see just 2.20s and 3.30s
