ACR rep responding still? i havent been reimbursed for my two tourneys yesterday that were suspended and never restarted. they werent much but still think i should get them back

I have been playing online for years. (party poker, pokerstars, ultimate bet, betonline and others) Never once has a site gone down like ACR. I like the site but you are obviously doing something wrong.

Damn it. SO frustrating. BOSS went off without a hitch. Good luck team, hope you work it out soon.

I have also never experienced anything like this on any other site. I hear people complaining about the guarantees not being met, but this is a low stakes tournament festival, I can't imagine it's anything to do with cancelling because guarantees aren't being met. The BOSS main $1mil went off without a hitch.

I got up bright and early to play the MOSS PLO. Very frustrating. Can you still run it once you're up and running?

well i tried logging in to review the names and numbers of last two tourneys i was in but now my screen is stuck on configuring.. i remember it was a moss tournament and a small 50 cent one.. last two tourneys i was in.. my account nickname is leeeeroyjenkins

My user name is LJG23 and I am running windows 10 but I am not sure I am comfortable giving you my IP address (especially not in an open forum) and not sure how that is going to help it get your problem fixed.

We deserve to be told just why you guys cannot handle ddos attacks and every other poker site can.
What are you guys NOT doing that the rest are?
Have you reached out to other sites to ask them how they deal with ddos attacks?
Have you spent any money on upgraded security?
etc...
This is pure BS.

You might want to contact support or direct message ACR Rep with your ip address because I am guessing that as part of the ddos mitigation some ip's such as yours and others are getting caught up in blocks of ip's that ACR is blocking in an effort to stop the ddos attacks, so to get back on they probably need to know your ip so it is white listed. I am no expert but it seems logical to me.

one was a moss #9 and the other was a 200 hyper turbo tournament.. both on august 6. i havent played another one since.. and they were suspended and then i was never refunded.

Just back from 2 week vacation. Spent 2 days getting caught up with everything, then thought to myself, "hey, I'd like to play a little poker", so I decided to log on to ACR.

And as I expected, the worst poker site ever STILL doesn't work.

Are you kidding me? What's it been 2 or 3 months now?

I just looked at #9 and it shows as completed. And all the payouts and finishers that cashed are listed 1st through 81st. So it looks like it was restarted and ran to conclusion.

EDIT: In #9 you are listed as finishing in 381st place (out of the money)

I got the same notice too, but just once. I clicked the OK button and logged in again, and it went right into the client. Keep trying.
