Can some one please explain tournament bucks and how to use them. I just noticed I have $2 worth of tournament bucks on ACR, but I have no idea what to do with them. Thanks.

Hello, you can use the free cash in any tournament, jackpots, sit n goes, ect. Just remember to log in every day so you don't lose your daily card.

My internet temporarily crashed when I was HU at a 6 man Hyper turbo. I tried switching to my hotspot wifi but the client wouldn't let me because it said I was already logged in.

That's not fair, why was I restricted from continuing with my hotspot wifi? No one was using that

It wasn't due to the hot spot, it was because of the last session you had with the other internet IP. In this case, you should close and open the application so it can detect the new session with the hotspot.

Thank you ACR for giving me free tournament tickets. However, your poker client is just way too unreliable for me to want to participate anymore with you guys.

Is there anyway I can transfer these tickets to someone that is not fortunate enough on here to be able to make a deposit?

I'm really sorry about that, may I ask you the reason why? Maybe I could help you.

Just curious if this happens to anyone else (or just me):

When ACR opens on my computer, it opens in 1 main window, showing the cash games tab. Then when I click on the tourneys, tab, instead of it just switching in that window to show the tourneys, it opens a 2nd window showing the tourneys, while the original window stays on the cash games.

That's how the application works, however, thank you guys for the feedback. The development team has been analyzing if at some point they could change this.

ACR is crawling right now and the rest of the internet is blazing along for me. It took about five minutes for the client and the pop up add to work, and its taking forever to load the separate tournament page and each page for holdem, omaha, etc.

We apologize for the inconvenience, we had the checking for protocol issue. It has been fixed. If you still have issues please let me know.

For me, ACR was down last night, this morning and it was impossible to register for your big tournament. They are a complete disaster as far as reliability goes.

This clearly looks like a question to me, not a statement. Its no surprise when the site has so many issues, when the ACR rep on this forum cant tell the difference between a statement and a question.

Hi Everyone.
ACR won't give me my money and so I am complaining here. Any advice would be appreciated. Here is the email I just sent to them:

Hi.
Thx for the message, but I don't think it makes sense. I have been playing a lot. How can you track the rake to make sure I have met the 10 percent requirement? I think I would have met it by now if you were really able to track that. I did not deposit to get the bonus. The bonus was your idea. I have been playing diligently and now I want my money.
Thx,
Brendan

That would be nice. And remember to add the other windows that do not need to be there like the confirmations for registration, rebuys, etc. They are a PITA sometimes.

IMO, you only need two extra windows. One for your promos and one for the Cashier and Account stuff. In the case of the latter, things do not flow too well or look out of place when navigating. Like frames within frames within frames.

Also, you guys are still opening my browser when I exit the client software. Shame on you. To compound that problem, there are no ads to serve because the server is not responding. Very tacky of you too.

That very well may be, but I think the ACR response was appropriate in this case.

The original posts had nothing to do with support. They were more in line for the Poker Rooms forum in general. Look back and the original poster fired off a few apples-and-oranges type questions. Questions that have been asked numerous times in as many threads.

Had I seen the original posts when they were fresh, I would have reported them to be moved out of this thread (or deleted altogether).

makes sense. and just to clarify, I have no issue with that OP or it being on this thread. was just pointing out to the ACR rep that I interpreted it as a question, not a statement.
I could've been wrong. no big deal.

You will definitely need to verify your account. (Email them ID and proof of residence) Also the rule used to be you had to make two deposits via bitcoin before the bitcoin withdrawal option showed up in the cashier but that may have changed. You don't have to make a deposit to withdraw. The support team used to enter a bitcoin cash out manually if you did not have the option in cashier yet. If I were you I would do a live chat with support or call them or email them for a complete breakdown of the documents you need and where to send them and ask them if they can manually enter your bitcoin cash out if you don't have the option in cashier. The live chat link, phone and email option to contact support can be found here. https://www.americascardroom.eu/poker-customer-support/ And the general cash out frequently asked questions can be found here. https://www.americascardroom.eu/pla...t-your-winnings/general-cash-out-information/ Good luck!

ACR and Bitcoin

I got in touch with ACR support.
And the answer I had is that it is not necessary to verify documents if I use only Bitcoin as a form of deposit and withdrawals. It is also not necessary to make a deposit in Bitcoin to make the withdrawal, that is to those who do not want to deposit, it is a great room option, as it is very easy to withdraw. Only verification of account will be necessary if the deposit or withdrawal is made in another way. Great information for anyone who was in doubt just like I had.

That is great. I had to verify when I had a no deposit withdrawal but that was before they even had bitcoin withdrawal as an option. Thanks for the information. I saw someone else who stated the same information in another post on CardsChat as well. https://www.cardschat.com/forum/pok...rawal-deposit-391873/?highlight=withdraw+time

EDIT: For anyone who reads the post quoted above this information is out of date and incorrect. The corrcect information at this time is you don't have to verify to do a bitcoin withdrawal. The links in the post are good though :)
