Two days ago, I requested a withdrawal using bitcoin.

But the result is "Cash out denied."

I have emailed [email protected] to ask about this issue. But I haven't received a reply.

I may ask here, get the answer faster. Or can you help me?

Now I am trying to request a withdrawal with bitcoin again.

Usually, I make withdrawals with bitcoin smoothly here.

Canceling BTC Payout

I don't know why we cant cancel our withdrawals anymore within the poker client?

I have a Bitcoin Withdrawal Pending and I would like to cancel it

My Screen Name is "Scott Weir" and my e-mail is [email protected]

The withdrawal is Bitcoin and the amount is $172.45 :deal:

Hello greetings When was that update I have not entered since Sunday 13, is there a new version of the software?

Just yesterday, 17th of Feb, Wed. They always have updates on Wednesdays, not on all Wednesdays, but 1-2 times in a month.

There is a new version, but it is basically still the same - for me was visible only the option for selecting more stake levels in the same time -, you can check their update infos, I think it is on trello, you can definitely find it in this thread.

WPN your software is currently a joke. I don't understand how you can have such a large room and you can't even fix the chat and have no semblance of an RNG. You guys have no idea how much people talk about how bad your software is at other sites. Well I guess maybe that is why your chat doesn't work, you won't let people see the last hand of a tourney that knocks them out because you guys already know that and you don't want people posting about it and taking pictures of the constant chip stack bs.

Well I sorta like the site except for the same issue you mentioned here about NOT being able to see OR be able to SCREEN SHOOT how you lost the hand. I was in a tourney and lost a REALLY good hand and couldn't believe it and wanted to look at it check things out and I COULDN"T!!! I was so pissed off !! THIS IS REALLY UNFAIR to NOT be able to see the hand that busted you out....It def makes you wonder if and what could be going on...But I def. don't like it.

Congrats on the new update WPN! You guys finally did an update where the software didn't get worse. Still no sign of an RNG, the chat still has some glitches, and you are still missing a few other basic poker software features but at least things didn't get worse. I can't believe you guys actually made improvements to something that was terrible. The chat is better though it still * out some things that shouldn't be, still it actually got better. That's finally one small step forward after a marathon of going backwards.

Hello guys, I am not a bad player, and I won a few great tournaments when I lived in my country(Rus). Two years ago I moved to USA. The poker rooms I played are not available here. In my state only ACR is accessible for playing, but I am just out of money and have no bank card deposit available. I have written an email to support and got no responses. I have no bitcoins or other options for deposits. How can I enjoy poker? There is one more option Player to player transfer. Is there any body who has a few dollars for me plz? I promise to be responsible and return it back. Sorry for this strange post, but I really wanna play ( Thanks!

It shouldn't affect, my recommendation for you is to restart the App but before that delete cookies and try again to log back in, if the issue persist, please follow the next steps:



1. Find your main directory in file explorer!
2. Find ACR/BCP folder
3. Rename it or delete it
4. Delete Americas Card Room / Black Chip Poker from your computer in Control Panel
5. Restart your computer.
6. Check if you have the latest Java Flash player installed to run our software, if not please update it.
7. Delete cookies and cache from your browser.
8. Download and install (Once you download the software the system will request you a location for the files to be saved please at the end of that location add V2 and click on next/run)
9. Sign in

Pretty sure they changed the software to do this, it just allows you to bring up and see multiple tabs at once, like seeing multiple games you are looking for. You can click them to hide them also.
