I think ACR needs to bring fast fold into their client

Also, when are we ever going to get mucked cards at showdown? It's due time

One more thing I would like to 2nd is breaking down the beast and SNC into what stakes people play

This right here !~

I think your incorrect. The MAC Client is F'd up. You cant see anything but cash games and if touch anything in the "Filters" you might as well uninstall it because your not going to see anything after that.

Good day,

Thank you very much for your feedback. I have passed this information to the programmers for them to check on it.

Regards

so far so good liking the cardroom waiting to get paid to deposit!

Just because our rep passes along our feedback in no way guarantees it will be implemented. The business folks and developers are going to decide what they think is best and make changes accordingly.

Best you can hope for is to keep making requests and hope that someone decides it's a good enough idea to implement.

Good day Guys,

Notice: We will have some scheduled downtime for maintenance due to daily savings on Sunday, November 1st from approximately 7am-8am ET. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience.

Last night after entering a tournament, the Mac client went berserk, and I was unable to play the game for a number of reasons. I live chatted with support and then emailing the security address as instructed, but I'm still waiting to hear back from them. I know it's not been 24 hours, but I just wanted to post something here too.

Would you please send me a PM with your username to check on that matter for you.

Thanks

Wish I could post pics. Still can't get in and I was chip leader . . . This happens way to much . . . Never happens with Merge. Just ACR ( WPN ) and BOL

An unexpected ISP error occurred within our localized data network, and as a result and unforeseen downtime was experienced. We assure you that this was as much an inconvenience for our network as it was for you.

All tournaments are suspended and we are working on this to solve the situation as soon as possible. We sincerely apologize for this unexpected situation; your business is important to us and we are 100% committed to providing you with the utmost quality service.

All tournaments and cash tables will be refunded as per the tournaments terms and conditions.

Every once in a while I have an issue where my only options are to call or fold (no option to raise) :dontknow:

noraise.jpg

In a $10 SnG freeroll- I raise, cards2cash 3B all-in, 1Birddog calls, it's my action... Why can't I raise here when 1Birddog has ~8k behind? I ran into timebank hoping the option would magically appear but it did not.

If you do not turn on auto rebuy in cash games, the process for a manual reload is broken, annoying, and pathetic at best.

Good day Bob23bk,

Please note that if a player goes all-in (cards2cash) for less than the minimum legal raise after the open raiser (you), and is called by at least another player (1Birddog), the open raiser will only be able to call or fold, because the all-in is not at least equal to the minimum raise.

Please note and file this under 'WPN plays poker differently from the real world'.

There are several other peculiarities with how WPN plays poker;

The client will decide when showdown cards show is probably the most notable.

Good day ScooperNova,

I have never hear about any inconvenience with that feature. However, I will be more than glad to check on that for you. We will send the report to the IT guys for them to check on it.

Good day dj11,

In regards the "The full bet rule" this is general poker rule, you can find more information here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Betting_in_poker#Action_and_betting

About the mucked hand policy, Americas Cardroom has always done this like many live card rooms, we are aware that most other online poker rooms allow players to see anyone's cards that were mucked at showdown, that is why this policy in under review.

Let me know if you need further assistance.

Regards

The all in bet is less than a minimum raise isnt uncommon and probably standard. The mucked hands thing in general is one thing, but there are other strange instances of showing and/or mucking at times. I'm not sure it's entirely consistent at times. I hate it when the river is checked all players have the option to muck or show with the full knowledge their hand is no good. That knowledge should not be available before giving the option to muck or show.

Mac client:

You really, really, need to fix the bug that automatically sits you out when you change tables in a tournament. Or at least give players a warning about the bug. Like have something pop up on the screen saying "you are now sitting out" any time sit out is selected. But it's just unacceptable for the client to auto sit someone out when changing tables.

Also when changing tables, the table often freezes, making you close and reopen it, thus costing you even more hands.

Less important bug: the notes system doesn't seem to work well/at all in the Mac client. My original issue was that the little N in a yellow circle didn't show up next to a player's name telling you that you have a note on them, but at least if you moused over you could see what the note is, and you could pick your own symbol to replace the yellow N. But now you don't even see the note when you mouse over and the user-chosen symbols aren't showing up. So please fix this too.

Hello Blobman,

I apologize for the inconveniences. I have sent the report to the techs already.

Thank you!
