I've had many instances of cooperation with wpn trying to fix their screw ups and I'm tired of having to do all the work everytime they screw up, and that is a lot. The last instance I lost out on around $6 in a 2 cent game due to server disconnection and the person who "reviewed" the hands decided I was entitled to 24 cents. Perhaps now you could understand my reluctance to email anything. It's not that I don't have the time to do it, it just gets old taking care of everything for them as I pay them for their lackluster service in the form of rake. If they paid me for consultaion, it would be different.

Some of the pics are kinda small, but I can read the every word on the screen in the top picture. It's plenty enough to prove my point to someone capable of looking at it and deciphering what they see. Take a closer look and you will see in each screenshot that I have no betting slider. In a no limit game, there should be more than two options-check/call or bet/raise minimum. It's pretty clear in every photograph, even the ones too small for feeble eyes.Bob23bk said:

Edit: I'm viewing this on a laptop with 14" screen, measured diagonally. I think it's fair to assume wpn support has access to screen sizes equal to or in excess of this. I shoulda just emailed it to him/her and saved some time and got 3 1/2 cents.

MTT traffic seems pretty decent to me, but it' slim pickings in the early am EST, as there are not many tournaments scheduled, but SNG traffic seems attrocious at times to me, especially after the advent of 3 player Jackpot tourneys. The answer to this for many might be playing on demand MTTs that start as soon as enough players are registered, and many times run with a number of players comparable to multi table SNGs. I'll throw out 36-60 players as not being uncommon, but I'm talking out my butt a little. I'm not sure how long late registration is for these, but I am positive it is a shorter time frame than your average ACR MTT (which is great imo). At off hours, I've seen them run with minimum registrants-20 players(if they run at all). There are many players who register for every tournament of this type that is available during certain hours. This has been keeping the sng crowd going pretty strong imo.

8. .01/.02. They have a cap .02 game NLHE game where you can but in for 8 cents. Normal table buy ins are between .80-$2 and short tables are .40-$1. Same ratio applies as stakes go up - Regular 40-100BB---Short 20-50BB.

I can understand your confusion about the situation, but not your hostility. The ACR rep here has treated me decently and I have no issue with any person. I understand any defense of their attempt or assistance, and I should not have been so succinct. I didn't intend for that to be interpreted as rudeness towards the indivual(s) who run acr's account.

The problem with your screenshots is that they have been reduced, I think the minimum desktop resolution for Windows 7 (from your pics) is 800x600- over 3 times the resolution (pixels).

Although the ACR rep. might not be of much help in regards to 'big problems', at least it gives the players an avenue to voice concerns & have them aware of the problems (and a ton of other stuff). This is awesome!
It is a huge help just to be able to have lines of communication open like this with someone from the site & to have that person actually know what online poker is (you don't get that on ALOT of the other sites.... I'd be shocked if their support staff/reps. could flip a burger at McDonalds)
Compare this to other pokersites & you'll see there is no comparison
ie. WilliamHill - you can contact their customer support if you have a problem (say it's the site crashing repeatedly on you 10x in an hour 'or' some other massive fk up that makes it unplayable) & it might take you over 10 emails back & forth to just get heard... & the resolution is typically TERRIBLE to the point where you wonder why you ever bothered.
There's actually jokes about it on other forums... no matter what you ask the standard/canned reply ..."that problem is on your end... blah blah blah.. internet disconnections can.. blah blah blah... " < meanwhile the issue might've been that the satellite tourney lobbys were not updating so you can't tell how many more til' the bubble. Its as if they're support has zero clue about what the game of online poker even is. If you've experienced it you would think they make it their mission to make it so players will never want to contact support regarding any difficulties with the software (the exact opposite of anyone hoping to actually run a decent business & yet this is the way it is!).
Trust me... it is great to have a rep. on the forum here.
I mean, it's all simple. I never refused any offer on the acr reps part to fix the software. I only didn't send the hands in because I honestly did not want to get a few cents and continue living with the horrid problems. I'm 100% positive an email was not going to induce a decent update. Not looking for a fight either. I just felt the need to respond to my attackers who were grossly erroneous. Thanks for your opinion, but your not exactly following what's going on either. By not cooperating you've basically assured that the hand you posted will not be reviewed. If you don't want to 'continue living with the horrid problems', you continue to do yourself (and others, if they have the issue as well) a disservice. If you want the rep to pass the info along to the proper dept so they can look into it, they're going to need either a higher resolution (ie original size) picture of your previous screenshots or hand history numbers (as jaymfc has already explained to no avail). I'm not suggesting that if you had done this there would already be an update that solves that issue, but at least they could look into it and try to identify the cause. :top:
