We have the Player notes feature, right click on the nickname > player notes.

Will you guys ever add any 2, 3, or 5 table sit and gos? I like the on demand tournaments, I think such an sng format would draw more players...pairing this with the 2.0 would be awesome too

First of all congrats for this poker room. I am an ACR user for about 3 month and I like very much almost everything.Keep up the good work.Although I have a question!
I haven't confirmed till now my personal ID but I requested a withdraw on 24th of this month via Skrill! Will I be able to withdraw the money?I haven't made a deposit as well.

It can take up to 30days to get paid on a lot of sites. However, if you been a member for a few years, and have made multiple deposit without a problem, then the payouts seems to speed up. If you deposit with western union or money gram the payouts can be as quick as a few days. If you use a card, or bank, then the problem is you can have your financial institution reverse those and they dont have any recourse since they are out of the country. ACR and Bovada are good money. I personally have gotten my cash from them. So be patient.
 
Recommend all looking to play poker online do some research first. Going on 4 days waiting after a deposit. You can read the thread "first online account". I put details and live chat responses that are out of this world. Than someone acceptable from the rep here because he tells me the same thing afterwards.
 
Sorry for the than someone. Im pretty upset about the situation. They haven't reached out even ONCE. I have to try and get updates. If I don't stay on them I don't know anything. They tried blaming it on payment method I tried but i just got off phone with them and it has been ready many days now. Idk what games are being played

What is the reasoning behind SO much late registration in many tournaments?
 
ACR just deposited $5 in my account to get me back to the tables. The only problem, the abandoned any players that use Windows XP. I don't think $5 will lure me into a system upgrade for XP is the program I prefer to use, had the newer ones and do not like them. So therefore ACR you can take you $5 back!!!😀😀

I was playing Jackpot SNG and this is the reason why I couldn't find it! Strange why is not working there? At PS you may put notes on each different game. It's a goal for the software developers at ACR in order to make players feel more comfortable, while playing. Just a feedback.
