Late registration allow more players to join their favorite tournaments, which also allow bigger prizepools, our blind structures allow more players to join tournament in late stages and still have enough chips to develope their strategy
Remember that we also have different amounts of late registration 90 minutes, 3 hours and 5 hours.

WHats wrong with the registration timer? Theres times wheres there 2 levels left and like 2 minutes later registration is closed? whats up with that?

Sorry for the inconvenience, the techs are checking on the issue right now, all running tournaments have been paused.

I'm trying to play a cash game and its unplayable with all three players experiencing constant disconnects. I streamed some hd video to make sure it wasn't my end and then tried playing again and it's not working. I experienced this phenomenon somewhere between 2:15 pm EST and the shown time of this post. The table was Bashe (CAP).
 
Problems must be widespread as I now received an in game message during a rare connection saying the site was shutting down.

edit: a minute later I was involved in a pot and the site appeared to shut down. Poker isn't fun this way and I feel it keeps your site from reaching a much better customer retention rate.
 
We are deeply sorry about the issues, we are canceling and refunding all running tournaments according to our TOS here
 
These issues are becoming more and more prevalent. Happens at least once a week.
 
A $3 MTT that started just 10 minutes ago was suspended and then canceled. Looks like no games are running now.
 
Yep nothing running... this happened to me a while back. Probably withdrawing and quitting ACR.
 
Is this just an ACR issue or the WPN? I've been on ACR for 3 months and haven't had any issues until today.
 
Tonight was my only off night all week and of course ACR has server issues
What a Bad Beat!!
 
I know the rep is pretty on it around here, but today would be a good time to drop in and let us know what the deal is and if its ok to try to play. I managed to get a few hands in but it was a poor experience. What is done when the site is obviously malfunctioning for all and left running in a degraded way? I'm really surprised they didn't shut it down completely.

He did drop in he posted above. He confirmed the server issues. All we can do is wait

I missed that. I didn't see any mention of cash games though, only tournaments.

Ooh, ahhh...site is totally legit 🙂 That's why it takes them forever to solve problems (they must hire brainiacs to take care of server problems/software issues) Payouts are extended (they take our $$ quick), bad beats happen too frequently (variance doesn't even out), Reps totally unresponsive when you contact them through chat/phone when there are issues (don't believe me, try it!)

This usually leads up to the site death sentence...Don't say I didn't warn ya!
