Americas cardroom is the worst poker site .They have the worst customer service i have ever experienced in my life and thats bot limited to poker sites. I made a mg deposit via moneygram at 1pm sunday the 25th . At 5pm that day i contacted live chat and after being on there for an hour and them asking me to send them a copy of the receipt (which i did) they told me they contacted the processor and the funds wohld be in the acct in 20 minutes .After an hour i contacted them back and asked to speak to a manager .Tbey told me they refuse to escalate tbe issue since it could take 8 business hours to go through .I then waited the 8 business hours .We are now in the next day the 26th still no funds. They proceeded to tell me that it could be a week for my funds to go in because its easter week and they are very religious in that area. I then repeatedly asked to speak to a manager which tbey refused to do. So now we are in the 27th and i called to speak to a manager wgich they refused to do .Apparently i made a deposit ok the 23rd for 350 which they credited to my account without receiving the money (which was a nice accomodation) i had no idea the money was never picked up .So the agent i was speaking to on the 27th said that they cannot pick up the money for 390 until i cancel the deposit that they xouldnt pick up for 350. They said the woulx reimburse me the xancellation fees. So i cancel the 350 and within 15 minutes the transaction for 390 was picked up. I then called and f8nally got a manager and asked him to reimburse me the fee .After 30 minutes going back and forth he told me that they would bot return the fees and did not care if i ever played again .This is bot about the 20.00 that it cost me. Its about the level of service that this sites gives. They can do whatever they want and they will continue to do so. The managers name was gabrielle the agents names were steve and mandy. Once poker is legalizex in the US tbey will be losing alot of business. I will never make another deposit there again . Be warned

Thanks for the headz up

Twice in one day!

So yet again their buggy a$$ software crashes twice in less than 24 hours. This most recent time, they gave players a 5 minute warning that they were canceling all tournaments.

Not only this, but almost every time I try to log in, I get the "new device" message saying that I have to click on the link in the email in order to "verify" my device and to log in. It's not so bad now, as I've found out that I just need to click "log in" again and it works fine. How buggy can this software be? What did they have, like a 1 week "beta" test before it went live? I've went from being quiet about it to forwarding all "New device found" emails to support. I've talked to more than a handful of CSR's via email that don't know what I'm trying to convey to them. They will simply not escalate nor fix this issue.

And on top of things, they have to process player points -> cash manually. And for a low roller, 100 points should equal $1. It sure does, but I found out today that they're only honoring 1000+ points before they will convert them into cash! WTF ACR. I'm taking my business elsewhere. I'm fed up. The same goes for Black Chip Poker. Even though they're one in the same. Don't ask me why there's 2 different rooms by the same company.

I'm in Pennsylvania, and can't wait till PokerStars opens its doors to PA residents!

They shut down tournaments and cash games about 1.5 hours ago. I'm taking my business to betonline.ag. They seem to have a lot more to offer players, including a BBJ of over 6 figures.

Very suspicious of ACR

I have not played on ACR lately--it has been over a year. I have played BOL/SB the most, and I feel it is trustworthy. I left ACR because I saw bad beats happening all the time, as others stated also. To me, that is a very bad sign. So many bad beats should not be possible, statistically.

Standard procedure of a room you want safety of the players.

Yeah dude exactly right.

To the guy who "wasn't gonna cash out the 3 dollars, I'll just play it" - how in the hell does anyone cash out three dollars? They don't. That's not a thing. No one cashes out three dollars from a poker site.

Also, no one plays poker for real money without verifying their ID unless it's a rare straight bitcoin poker site. America's Cardroom does millions of dollars in business every week. Asking to see identification was not some grand scheme to rob you of $100, or whatever else you may think they were planning to try to do to you. You are not the cleverest scam dodger ever by crazily thinking that their asking you for ID was an in for them to rob you. LOL!

To all the USA players out there... You GOTTA DEPOSIT/WITHDRAW with Crypto! Too many variables without it! I used to jump through so many stupid hoops to deposit, and even more to withdraw back in the day (post BF) - but it is so cake now! - You just gotta get with it folks!

Hi the All!
I say only my opinion. I registered on ACR just recently, but I play on this site everyday now, can do several conclusions...
First of all, why I play on this site everyday? Reply is simply: because the all like! In the present time anything problems.
Secondly, have a great opportunity to play with the players from USA. They create drive and actions in the game always! This is a very interesting! You feel a pulse of life at once! And thirdly, and this is main, I want, so also continues successfully in the future...
The All respect!

I've had very bad experiences with ACR customer service. It's clear they don't really listen to what you're saying and just give out their rote responses.

I have used this method before as well. It worked out but there can be hiccups. I have a pretty strong feeling they use locals who aren't emplyees to pick up and drop off moneygrams. It would look strange for the same few people to have so many transactions. Sometimes these mules they hire go rogue with the funds. What happens after that is likely only mentioned in hushed whispers and horse heads in the bed lol.
