I would have to say iPoker network. I know a guy who was formerly a member of CC who is currently playing micro/low stakes SnG's for a living. I haven't played on the network for at least a couple years now (the site I was playing on stopped offering their games to Canada). I've been contemplating signing up to another one though, but mostly for micro/low stakes MTT's. That network seems to be softer than most.

Neither GG Poker or 888 Poker have traditional SnGs. Both sites only have lottery style Spin n Gos and for GG Poker the "Battle Royal", which is a mystery bounty game, where the bounty pool is calculated across games. These games can be ok, if you play for fun, but they are not suitable for someone trying to make a long term profit.

ACR Poker offers Hold'em, Omaha, and Hi/Lo. The problem is that there are enough players to fill a table.

On ACR Poker you need to play SnGs during the american time zone peak hours. Something like 12 am. to 12 pm. east coast time. Outside this time period there is little or no activity, although during weekends the activity often continue until 2-3 am. east coast time.

Often the time of day you play is as important as the site you play on.
Just find the combination you can win at and play volume.

Does GG poker have a sit and go format? I play on GG and I haven't seen that they have a sit and go format.

I am a bit of a SnG grinder myself, and play them on PokerStars and ACR Poker. Since I have not actually tried to play SnGs on any other site than those two (except 888 Poker which cancelled them years ago), I can not say, if these are the "best" though. PokerStars is the "mother" of SnGs, and even though they have declined massively, they still run, and the On Demand type is worth grinding. As for ACR I mostly play there for their SnG leaderboard, which consistently pay me back $50 every single week.
