Hello, I am experiencing a serious issue with CoinPoker and need help.
  • Hand ID: 4624340141
  • Ticket ID: 260512480-E
My table froze during a hand. As the attached screenshot shows, I had a Full House (2-2-2-5-5), and the system officially recognized it. I won the pot of 491.7 BB, but the chips were never added to my balance.
I have emailed support multiple times but have received no response. Please help me resolve this.10000207721000020774

OP has a full house. Utg1 only gets trips because PLO you need to play 2 from hand 3 from board.

I should have said this earlier but I have found that complaining on social media where the company has a presence usually works best because you can get other people to signal boost you. Twitter is the go to complain to/about companies place.

Not really sure, why you think, some random people in a forum can help you resolve this? For obvious reasons we can not do the work of Coin Pokers support staff. And if you already contacted them, maybe you just need to wait, until someone have time to look at the issue and find a solution. Writing "multible times" wont help anything either, unless you have something new to add, which seem unlikely in this case.

As far as I know most support of sites will put you back to the end of the queue everytime there is a new email incoming from the same address.

So if it does anything then its more waiting time for an actual answer.
