Combat points on ACR

How come my combat point never seem to go up? Iv played in games as large as $200+15 a lot of $50 + 5 80 +8 etc. They say they reward point at the end of each game do you need to place or is it the bye in that gets you points?

My own works I exchanged 100 for $1 a few days ago days ago.
It sometimes takes a few hours to show up but not much longer than a day.

I believe with the latest update (albeit much longer than expected delay) this morning corrected this. While I earn very little combat points usually, I see that mine has gone up today compared to the same number I was seeing over the last few days, so perhaps this latest update has fixed this. The scenario you explained should definitely increase your combat points, so hopefully that number has gone up recently.
