Dissatisfied with GG weekly freerolls

Making it harder to qualify , its not nice , but understandable in a way .

But then change the prize pool and limit prizes the way they have , too me it feels like a scam .

This series of weekly freerolls i absolutely 1000% had to qualify for every week !! And now i just care a whole lot less .

Change from 4500 to 3000 payed prizes , and especially changing good cash money prizes in mostly lousy tickets for wsop express .
To get something really good now , you have to finish top 300 is top 1% of the field .
And then there are still ticket prizes i would like to avoid and get cash money.
While cashing 15 cash money for 4500 place was already nice in the first weekly freeroll .

If a series of weekly freeroll tournaments is anounced , you would expect all to be the same as week one right , or otherwise they might have given some info the first one is gonna be a lot better then the next ones .

I stop here as next would only be insults towards GG Poker .

I just got in the same spot. I wasn't quick enough to lose when cash prizes were in, and I left with a useless ticket. So I think we need to get better. But it is a scam indeed.

Then you need to look up what a scam is. So? It got a little harder to get the weekly ticket but still not particularely difficult....
If you struggle with freerolls I might recommend some studying.
CC has a great course which helped a lot of people here being able to transist from losing to winning player

Regarding the change of prizes I don't get what's so bad about some tickets. the initial value of the 100K Weekly is still 100K and most prizes still are in C$

except it isn't a scam... there is nothing what would suggest otherwise. Just your opinion and you obviously don't know what a scam is.
You being disappointed that there are now 2K not 2.5K tickets in the dailies and a change in prize distribution doesn't make it a scam...

I don't think there's a better poker room than GGPoker. They're very responsible when making decisions. They're running freerolls and you're saying it's a scam?

Yes i could have just called this is huge nerf to the tournament , but like said it feels like a scam to me .

See im happy your friend got this 150 dollar ticket , and i hope he wins some with this , but thats not guarantueed is it .
Then you need see what place did he finish to get this ticket and compair what would have been the prize in the first edition of this tournament .

Im saying i feel its like a scam yes , but you need see offcourse its frustration i was really looking forward playing all these freerolls , and now they
nerfed them in such a way its just so much worse its no comparison .

Playing these freerolls everyday, my opinion is: GG had noticed giving 2500 tickets every tournament is too easy, so they nerfed it to 2000.
Well, nerf is a nerf, my bet is nobody likes such nerfs. But calling it a scam sounds like an exagerration.

Finally, it is a freroll - you do not like it - don't play.

Calling someone "GG Poker bot" just because they have a different opinion dosn't sound very convincing either.

really 1k hands is diffucal for you to play in 1day to get direct weekly ticket, you only need to play on rush and cash for 1h on 4 tables.

I play cash games on regular basis. Usally 6-tabling (regular, not rush) - I make a bit over 300 hands per hour. So to get a direct weekly ticket I would need to play for about 3 hours. It would be quite alot for me, I rarely play so much. But I find winning one of these 2000 tickets from a daily one quite easy. So I win a weekly ticket every day or 2 anyway.

agreed , got 2 weekly tickets for saturday so far. If you just play solid it's a smooth way to the tickets. many sit outs help a lot too.

i play 9 tables Nl2 full ring get it for 1-2h. 60-90hands per hour.

I was also very frustrated with these changes, but that's GG, always a scam. The house of bads. And does anyone believe that there are currently 443,000 people playing on GG, when other large sites never even reach 1/10 of that number?

I never understand this idea that high value tickets are a bad thing. Would people prefer they won 0.57c or a $1 like on usual freerolls??

You guys complaining are supposed to be poker players, you're being given free chances to play more poker and then maybe win decent money, is this not the point of us all playing poker?

I certainly don't play in the hope that maybe I'll increase my BR by a couple of dollars a week for the rest of my life playing in the micros!!

If you’re defending them, then maybe you can explain Spin&Gold! How do you explain that, after playing for over a year (to say the least), the wheel spins in such a way that you’d have to be blind not to see it’s clearly rigged? For example, with a $0.25 bet, it usually lands on $0.50 or $0.75!? And when it gets to the tease, it skips if the prize is higher or stops if the prize is lower? A scam, a disgrace! CLEARLY!

How do you explain that, having been playing for over a year (not to say more), the wheel spins in such a way that you have to be stupid not to realize that it is clearly arranged? For example, at a bet of 0.25$ it usually falls on 0.50$ or 0.75$!? Or when it reaches the Sicana, it passes if the prize is lower or stays put if the prize is lower than if it passes!? A mess, a scam! CLEAR!

As you may see, the bigger the multiplayer, the smaller the chances. , ei. 40.000 multiplayer comes 50 times in 100M games.

The problem is graphic visualisation of the wheel. If they give realistic chances the big multiplayers would be so small, they shouldn't be visible at all. I personally do not think it is quite fair like it is now, it gives the impression of the equal chances for all the multiplayers. After some playing everyone of course knows, that it is not the case, but it also gives everyone the possibility to complain about how "rigged" the wheel is. Perhaps it would be enough if these higher multiplayers fields were just significantly smaller? Almost half of the wheel should be x2 multiplayer, followed by a quarter of x3, than 3 parts of x4, x5 and x10, and in the end just thin lines for the highest. Not sure if it would solve the problem, but it would be at least a bit more realistic. You may call it a scam if you like

Well, I wouldn't call it cheating. It's annoying, as I also prefer cash, but it's still a freeroll, even if mostly just tickets are offered now, but you can still make something great out of them. Imagine you end up in the Bahamas because of it, then you wouldn't find the ticket annoying anymore.
