Dissatisfied with GG weekly freerolls

If you’re defending them, then maybe you can explain Spin&Gold! How do you explain that, after playing for over a year (to say the least), the wheel spins in such a way that you’d have to be blind not to see it’s clearly rigged? For example, with a $0.25 bet, it usually lands on $0.50 or $0.75!? And when it gets to the tease, it skips if the prize is higher or stops if the prize is lower? A scam, a disgrace! CLEARLY!

Oh come on, get real!! They literally tell you the % of times each one will hit, so hw CAN it be a scam!!! ......hint......each option isn't 1/8 or 1/10, however many options there are!!

As you may see, the bigger the multiplayer, the smaller the chances. , ei. 40.000 multiplayer comes 50 times in 100M games.

The problem is graphic visualisation of the wheel. If they give realistic chances the big multiplayers would be so small, they shouldn't be visible at all. I personally do not think it is quite fair like it is now, it gives the impression of the equal chances for all the multiplayers. After some playing everyone of course knows, that it is not the case, but it also gives everyone the possibility to complain about how "rigged" the wheel is. Perhaps it would be enough if these higher multiplayers fields were just significantly smaller? Almost half of the wheel should be x2 multiplayer, followed by a quarter of x3, than 3 parts of x4, x5 and x10, and in the end just thin lines for the highest. Not sure if it would solve the problem, but it would be at least a bit more realistic. You may call it a scam if you like

The point is, the wheel is SUPPOSED to be rigged, its so obviously has to be rigged as to be not a scam, the only way for it not to be rigged would be for even more prizes below the break even point, and only small prizes above it

I don't think they're crooks. The fact is that there are a lot of people who want to play freeroll. Not just a lot but an unrealistically lot. We must understand that it is very difficult to qualify. I spent 3-4 tickets and couldn't qualify. Well, I'm going to punch again. I spent more than 50 freeroll tickets on WPT but managed to earn no more than $50. A lot of people all want a piece of cake.

Yes I played there. 25 cents each. Out of 300 games, only $2.5 fell twice. This is usually 0.5 or 0.75 bucks. I usually play with insurance, which I found profitable.
I can say that the wheel is a complete script. But excuse me, all online poker is a script.
So it's no use complaining.
The online game is aimed at emotion and spectacle. I want one out on the river. And the wheel stopped at 100,000 and then abruptly went to 50 cents.

Yes it's entirely possible that you never hit more than 75c in a year.
Raise the volume of the games and you will see there will be a higher prize once in a while.
I presume you only play with the freebie..
Calm down and think rationally... Then you should realize it.

As you know, I am not the biggest fan of GG Poker. But even so its amazing to me, how people can complain about something, that is literally given to them for free. I have never deposited as much as a dime on GG Poker, but even I can log on and get a $0.25 or $1 ticket every single day

On GG the player number you see is the number of seats and and not the actual players that are online on the site. What is a house of bads btw? Something like that?

So it's best you hold back and stop with the cheap mockery or insults. The probabilities are designed from the start—so yes, rigged! If you understand that… And just so you know, I'm still doing fine with math, especially since I've taught students after completing my university studies!

So where do you get that probability from if you know the wheel spins randomly? It's blatant lying and manipulation!

But these probabilities are accurate - they are given by GG at GG help page I quoted above.
Of course we have no possibility to verify them, because we do not see the algorithm, but we can say the same about every detail in online poker.

Making it harder to qualify , its not nice , but understandable in a way .

But then change the prize pool and limit prizes the way they have , too me it feels like a scam .

This series of weekly freerolls i absolutely 1000% had to qualify for every week !! And now i just care a whole lot less .

Change from 4500 to 3000 payed prizes , and especially changing good cash money prizes in mostly lousy tickets for wsop express .
To get something really good now , you have to finish top 300 is top 1% of the field .
And then there are still ticket prizes i would like to avoid and get cash money.
While cashing 15 cash money for 4500 place was already nice in the first weekly freeroll .

If a series of weekly freeroll tournaments is anounced , you would expect all to be the same as week one right , or otherwise they might have given some info the first one is gonna be a lot better then the next ones .

I stop here as next would only be insults towards GG Poker .

This is how other major sites did it, they switched from cash prizes to tickets and later they didn't even organize free tournaments with tickets. I think it will be a bit unsatisfactory for free tournament players.🙂

i take that as a gift and it doesn't ruin the hole evening. I thought the same, when i saw the PP after the first tournament. But yeah, is that something new? It's a promotion and nothing more. They don't do this to fill players BR, they want customers and perhaps some happy loyal players. Some of you say: Useless ticket? Perhaps work on your perspective and expectations.

I am for sure a dinosaur, since I do not like GG animations at all. But it doesn't change the fact I find the site reliable and just very good for playing poker (I do not touch the casino part). Of course I know the rake is high, but anyway, all the promotions are amazing.

You can fold them all. But consider, you pay blinds + also antes if you are at full tables 9max. If you plan just folding 1000 hands, I guess the most effective way would be Rush, so you'd only pay blinds... so at average 1,5BB per 6 hands, 166 BB for 1000 hands x $0,02 -> $3,33. Possible, but it wouldn't really be a freeroll. For me the idea is playing regular games and get it by the way - this is a real freeroll

I still haven’t played my freeroll tickets but even if only 1st place was paid it still would be free! I understand players frustration that it is now harder to win money from them but the fact the site is putting them on in the first place is a bonus.
