Dutch citizen - can I play on pokerstars in a different country?

... you're EU citizen too so ofc won't be hard to move within her borders.
But yes you need a registered residence in your chosen destination and let PS change your account.

You don't want to risk to be banned from PS because of playing in some other countries from your account - try every option you have to contact them - strange that they are didn't answer for 2 weeks...mail?

As I understand it, they got a "sit-out" penalty for having operated without a license, but that should expire soon, if it has not done so already. And then they are most likely going to apply for a dutch license. And in the meantime there are other sites like GG Poker, you can play on.

That is not really an option, the ban they had expired 1,5 /2 years ago, from what I've read is that PS got denied twice and dont feel the need to get it done.
Probably since a lot of Dutch players relocated by now to other sites.

There are unregulated sites as well, but it seems like, ACR (WPN) dont accept dutch players. So thats likely not an option either.
